I thought today I would share a video that Close To My Heart put on youtube called "Simple Scallops". I thought I would share this video because they show how to make a super simple card using the Scallop Border Punch (Z1851). I thought if we made them with holiday paper we could use them for our holiday cards! So, take a few minutes and check out the video!

Holiday Card Idea Or Gift Idea!

I thought today I'd share a gift idea that the CTMH's Art Department made. They made it and put it in a frame. You could also make it into a card if you're looking for a holiday card idea. They used the stamp set "Reason for the Season" (D1614). They added Black Striped Twill Ribbon (Z1988) and a few Sequins (Silver, Z2013). The paper is from the paper pack "Yuletide Carol" (X7187B) and also Kraft cardstock (Z1375). The glitter in the background you could use Shimmer Trim (we have a few different colors you could pick if the teal doesn't work for you). It would make a great gift or fabulous cards!

Need A Holiday Card That Is Simple But Pretty?

I thought today I'd share a card I made using the Yuletide Carol paper pack (X7187B) and the stamp set "Best Christmas" (D1613). I also added a bit of Gold Shimmer Trim (Z1985).

I just love shimmer trim! So easy to use...it has an adhesive back and it's not messy. I picked a saying that isn't too holiday-like but there are a few just in this stamp set that would work if you wanted to make it a holiday card. Simple but pretty!

Gift Idea Using Yuletide Carol Paper Pack! Beautiful Christmas Shadow Box Idea!

I thought today I'd share a beautiful idea for the holidays...or if you need to make a gift for someone...this would be a great idea! The CTMH's Art Department made this using the Yuletide Carol paper pack (X7187B) and the Assortment (Z3007) that matches. They also used the Complements (X7187C), the Mini Stapler (Z2027 and Z2097), and a bit of the Black Striped Twill ribbon (Z1988). The saying was stamped with the stamp set "Christmas Post" (D1610). And, to finish it off they put the art work into the black Designed Decor Shadow Box (Z2015). I think it's just beautiful...what do you think?

I thought today I would share a video that Close To My Heart put on Youtube called "Cricut® Craft Room". I thought I would share this video because they show how easy it is using CCR. I  haven't tried it because I thought it would be hard...but after watching this video I think I need to try it out. I love the idea of welding letters and shapes.
